Try Before You Buy (Cairo & Alexandria Only)

If you live in Cairo or Alexandria, you can try on your outfit while the delivery person waits outside for a maximum of 5 minutes. If the outfit doesn't fit, you can simply return it and pay only the delivery fees.

This service is currently only available in Cairo and Alexandria.
The try-on period is strictly limited to 5 minutes.

Dry Clean Only

Please note that all our garments are delicate and require dry clean only.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Return & Exchange Policy:

You can exchange or request a refund for your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Evening Wear Return & Exchange:

For evening wear items specifically, exchanges and refunds are only accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing Time:

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is received.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in their original selling condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged, worn, altered, or washed.
